Kora London was founded in London in 2019 by Burçak Bayer Başaran and Cüneyt Başaran — two professionals who between them have navigated finance, communications, media, and the real economy across two decades of work.
The firm exists because we kept seeing the same gap: smart founders and ambitious businesses with strong ideas, let down by advisors who understood theory but not execution. We built Kora London to be different — a firm that combines rigorous economic analysis with the kind of hands-on involvement that actually moves things forward.

Cüneyt has over 20 years of experience spanning international capital markets, financial media, and corporate strategy.
A former fixed income trader at leading London banks and ex-Editor-in-Chief at Bloomberg HT, he currently serves as Chief Strategy and Risk Officer at Board Level.
